Meng nu de witte wijn en de gember er door en zet afgedekt weg. Mix nu alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de saus en breng op smaak met zwarte peper. Laat de noedels in kokend water afgedekt zo&#8217;n 10 min. weken Verhit olie in een wok en roerbak de pepertjes, voeg de kip toe en roerbak nog eens een paar minuten. Doe er nu de saus bij en roerbak 2 min. Doe er nu voldoende water bij zodat de kip bijna onderwater staat en breng aan de kook. Doe nu de zoete aardappel (bataat) blokjes en de wortel toe en laat tot de helft inkoken. Voeg nu de komkommer, Chinese kool en de ui toe en laat op een laag vuur en schep zo nu en dan goed om, tot het meeste vocht is verdwenen.
