Gochugaru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Meng de ingredi\u00ebnten van de marinade in een schaal en zet apart. Snij de kippendijfilets in gelijke stukken en doe deze in een diepvrieszak , samen met de marinade en masseer deze goed in de kip. Laat 4 uur marineren, maar liever 24 uur! Zet de sat\u00e9prikkers in een glas water en laat het goed intrekken. Rijg het vlees aan de stokjes en houd de overgebleven marinade apart. Zet een grillpan op het vuur en braad hierin de stokjes mooi rondom bruin in IO minuten. Smeer er de overgebleven marinade op en braad nogmaals 10 minuten.
