Snij de kipfilet in stukjes en bestrooi met peper en zout. Meng de kip met de helft van de ma\u00efzena. Kluts de eieren los. Haal de kip door het eiermengsel en vervolgens door de panko rollen. Frituur de kip in 3 \u00e9 4 minuten goudbruin en knapperig. Frituur niet alles tegelijk, dan koelt de olie te snel af. Snij de ui en de paprika&#8217;s in stukken. Verhit een beetje olie in een hapjespan en bak de ui tot het glazig ziet. Doe de paprika bij de ui en bak even mee. Zet het vuur laag en giet de saus in de pan. Meng 1 theelepel ma\u00efzena met een eetlepel water en roer het door de saus. Laat de saus zacht pruttelen tot hij dikker wordt.
