Voeg de kippendijen<br>toe en braad mooi aan alle kanten bruin.<br>Je kunt ze ook in friteuse bakken om het n\u00f3g krokanter te krijgen, maar dan<br>leg je de kippendijen eerst even in de melk en rol je ze door wat meel.<br>Doe alle ingredienten voor de saus bij elkaar en schep goed om.<br>Neem het vlees uit de pan en laat even rusten. Verwijder het braadvet en doe<br>opnieuw wat Oilie in de pan, doe het vlees terug en bak op een laag vuur nog<br>even een paar minuutjes.
