Chinese kool<br>1 komkommer<br>250 gr. champignons<br>250 gr. taug\u00e9<br>125 gr. sperzieboontjes<br>4 eieren<br>500 gr. kipfilet<br><br>SAUS<br>2 el. olijfolie<br>100 ml. ketjap manis<br>50 ml. ketchup<br>200 ml. water<br>4 el. pindakaas<br>1 tl. sambal brandal<br><br>Kook de rijst volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing op de verpakking en kook de eieren in 8 minuten hard, laat ze schrikken in koud water, pel de eieren en snij ze in de lengte in partjes. Was de boontjes en blancheer ze 2 minuten in kokend water. Blancheer ook de kool 3 minuten in kokend water en blancheer tevens de<br>champignons een minuut of 3 in kokend water. Doe de taug\u00e9 in een hittebestendig vergiet of zeef en overgiet de taug\u00e9 met kokend water. Snij de komkommer in de lengte door, lepel het zaad eruit en snijd de komkommer in boogjes. Rangschik de groenten per soort met het ei op ieder bord. Bereid de Gado Gado-saus. Verdeel de saus over de rijst en groenten, maak de Gado Gado af met verkruimelde cassave chips en kokos. Snij de kipfilets in stukjes en wrijf ze in met zout. Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan en bak de kipstukjes bruin. Voeg de ketjap, ketchup en water toe en breng het geheel aan de kook. Stoof de kipstukjes op laag vuur in 15 minuten gaar. Voeg de pindakaas toe zodat er een dikke saus ontstaat.
