{"id":111,"date":"2023-11-18T10:54:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-18T10:54:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=111"},"modified":"2026-08-02T05:43:35","modified_gmt":"2026-08-02T05:43:35","slug":"goulash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=111","title":{"rendered":"Goulash"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDI\u00cbNTEN <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>700 gr runderlappen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grote uien <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 teentjes knoflook <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rode paprika <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 groene paprika <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bd el. bloem <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tl. paprikapoeder <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 gr tomatenblokjes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 el. tomatenpuree <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 rijst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Runderbouillonblokje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml water <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 blaadje laurier <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 theelepel karwijzaad <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bosje tijm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BEREIDEN:<br>Snijd de runderlappen in blokjes. Meng in een kommetje bloem met het paprikapoeder en verdeel dit over de blokjes rundvlees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snipper de uien en hak de knoflook fijn. Fruit de ui aan in een beetje boter en voeg de knoflook toe wanneer de ui glazig begint te worden. Bak nog 2 minuten mee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voeg vervolgens het karwijzaad, en de tomatenpuree bij het vlees en bak dit een paar minuten mee. Blus af met het water, het runderbouillonblokje, de laurierblaadjes en de tomatenblokjes. Leg het bosje tijm hier bovenop en laat mee stoven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snijd alvast de paprika&#8217;s in blokjes. Voeg na 2 uur op laag vuur sudderen samen met de rijst toe en laat ongeveer nog 40 minuten mee pruttelen of tot de rijst gaar.
