Koreaanse chilipoeder<br>3 el. Gochujang pasta*<br>1 teentje knoflook<br>1 el. sesamzaadjes<br>1 el. donkere sojasaus<br>2 el. sesamolie<br>600 gr. krieltjes\/aardappel<br>400 gr. hutspotgroente<br>10 bosuitjes<br>Mirin<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marineer een minuut of 30, de kipfilet in blokjes in 3 eetlepels Mirin met peper &amp; zout naar smaak. Maak alvast de saus van Koreaanse chilipeper, Gochujang pasta*, knoflook fijngehakt, sesamolie en een eetlepel sesamzaadjes. Mix goed tot het een smeu\u00efg geheel is!<br>Braad de kipfilet in een zware pan tot ze rondom mooi bruin is en zet apart in een schaal. Roerbak in dezelfde pan nu de hutspotgroente en de krieltjes, voeg de kip toe en vul de pan met water tot 3\/4, roer nu de saus erdoor en laat ca. 45 pruttelen met af en toe even doorroeren. Als de krieltjes heel makkelijk met een vork te &#8216;prakken&#8217; zijn is het gerecht klaar.
