Gochujang chilipasta<br>3 el. Mirin<br>1 el. donkere sojasaus<br>4 teentje knoflook geperst<br>2 el. sesamolie<br>1 el. geraspte gember<br>2 lente-ui fijngehakt<br>2 tl. gemalen zwarte peper<br>1 el. citroensap<br><br>Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de marinade (vanaf de chilipasta) in een grote kom en voeg de stukjes kipfilet toe. Dek de schaal luchtdicht af met folie en zet de kipfilet ca. 3 uur in de koelkast weg. Haal de buitenste bladeren van de sla, was deze en na goed uitlekken op een schaal leggen. Gril de stukjes kipfilet zo&#8217;n 15 min. op een licht ingevette bakplaat of grillpan tot het vlees gaar of donkerbruin is. Zet het vuur even kort hoog om de kip aan te schroeien voor de rooksmaak.
