Gochujang pasta<br><br>Snipper de ui en snijd de zoete aardappel en de venkel in kleine stukjes. Snij de hamlappen in gelijke blokjes en marineer in een marinade van pindakaas, sesamolie, sojasaus, mirin, honing, knoflook en Gochujang pasta. Laat vervolgens 4 uur afgedekt in de koelkast staan. Leg een vel bakpapier op een bakrooster en verdeel hierover alle ingredi\u00ebnten.
