Snij de ribbetjes in stukken van 20 &#8211; 25cm en voeg toe aan de marinade, zet het vuur heel laag en laat ca. 2 uur langzaam garen. Haal de ribbetje er voorzichtig met een spatel uit en laat afkoelen. Kook nu de marinade in tot het een mooie dikke massa wordt en gebruik de saus om de ribbetjes mooi af te lakken.
