Meng ketjap, 5 spices poeder, rum, gember, knofllook en zout &amp; peper in een kom en laat het vlees (afgedekt) een uur marineren in de koelkast. Braad de plakken vlees in de boter tot het gaar is en zet apart, bak in hetzelfde vet nu de gesnipperde ui en in blokjes of plakjes gesneden champignons. maak van een een el. ma\u00efzena en een paar el. water een papje en voeg dit toe. Laat het geheel even sudderen en voeg het verkruimelde bouillonblokje toe.
