Gochujang (Koreaanse chilipasta)<br>1 el. sesamolie<br>1 el. geroosterde sesamzaadjes <br>1 ei. suiker<br>1 el. water<br>1 el. geroosterde sesamzaadjes<br>1 el. rijstazijn<br><br>Meng de ingredi\u00ebnten voor de saus van het gehakt in een schaaltje en zet apart, doe hetzelfde voor de Bibimbap saus en kook ondertussen de rijst volgens aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Braadt het gehakt rul op laag vuur, doe er de saus bij en laat het vocht deels verdampen. Voeg de in dunne ringetjes gesneden bosui en de sesamzaadjes toe en roer door. Haal van het vuur af. Doe een bedje van rijst in iedere kom, hierover doe je de gehakt en garneer met de klein gesneden groente. Doe er wat Bibimbap saus overheen en roer de kom flink om als je gaat eten.
