{"id":121,"date":"2023-11-18T11:24:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-18T11:24:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=121"},"modified":"2023-12-06T15:50:39","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T15:50:39","slug":"koreaanse-zeewiersoep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=121","title":{"rendered":"Koreaanse zeewiersoep"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 gr gedroogd zeewier* <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 gr bief <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 el. sesamolie <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 teentjes knoflook <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 el. lichte sojasaus zwarte peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Koreaanse MIYUK of Japanse WAKAME<\/strong><\/em><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Laat het zeewier ca. 20 min. in koud water weken, laat uitlekken in een vergiet en knip in stukjes van 2,5 cm.<br>Snijdt de bief in kleine blokjes en meng deze met 1 el. sesamolie en zwarte peper naar smaak, laat tien minuten staan.<br>Doe het rundvlees en het zeewier in een grote pan en roerbak met de rest van de sesamolie. Voeg als het vlees gaar is ca. 1 Itr. water toe en breng afgedekt aan de kook. Voeg nu de fijngehakte knoflook en de sojasaus toe.<br>Koken tot het wat troebel wordt en op smaak brengen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\">Deze soep bevordert de bloedsomloop en zuivert het bloed.
