Parmezaanse kaas<br>2 eigeel<br>500 gr. lamsgehakt<br>6 knoflook teentjes<br>1 grote ui<br>1 el. gember<br>3 el. Gochujang pasta<br>2 grote tomaten<br>2 el. lichte sojasaus<br>1 el. donkere sojasaus<br>1 tl. suiker<br>1 el. ma\u00efzena<br><br>Doe een paar el. olie in een braadpan en bak hierin de gesnipperde ui, knoflook en gember. Doe de Gochujang chilipaste erbii en roer goed. Voeg het lamsgehakt toe en laat al omscheppend goed doorkoken. Doe vervolgens de tomaten, sojasaus en suiker toe en roer goed door. Zet het vuur laag en laat ca. 20 minuten pruttelen. Kook de aardappels met wat zout tot ze gaar zijn, stamp ze en roer er de boter doorheen om daarna de kaas er doorheen te roeren. Meng de ma\u00efzena met 2 el. water tot een papje en roer die door het gehaktmengel om te verdikken en giet dit in een ovenvaste schaal. Verdeel de aardappels erover en bestrijk de bovenkant met de eierdooier.
