Nigellazaadjes<br><br>Snij het kippenvlees in blokjes van 3 cm. Bak de kip ca. 6 minuten rondom bruin en schep regelmatig om. Neem uit de pan en laat uitlekken op keukenpapier. Verhit 2 el olie bak hierin de in dunneringen gesneden ui, voeg de masala, kaneelstokjes, de gember, het venkelzaad, de fijngehakte knoflook en de<br>curryblaadjes toe en bak 2 min onder voortdurend omscheppen. Voeg de kip, de in blokjes gesneden aardappel, de tomaatblokjes en 200 ml. water toe, breng aan de kook en laat vervolgens 20 min. zachtjes pruttelen. Breng op smaak met zout &amp; peper. Verdeel over 4 kommen en strooi hierop een beetje kokos en Nigellazaadjes.
