Bak hierin al omscheppend de kipfilet in ca. 3 minuten en roer dan de tomatenpuree er door. Voeg de tomatenblokjes, de pompoen en 150 ml. water toe en stoof de kip in ca. 50 min. afgedekt gaar op een laag vuur. Bij het gebruik van krieltjes 250 ml. water toevoegen(!). Voeg de bonen toe en verwarm nog eens ca. 5 min.
