Haal de teentjes knoflook van de bol maar pel ze niet! Halveer de rode pepers en verwijder de zaadjes en zaadboom. Verhit de olie in een braadpan en bak de fazant rondom goudbruin en knapperig. Draai het vuur laag en voeg de knoflook, rozemarijn en de rode peper toe, doe de deksel op de pan en laat zo&#8217;n 75 minuten zachtjes<br>braden, af en toe draaien. Draai het vuur hoger en neem de deksel van de pan, voeg de wijn toe en laat zachtjes koken tot het vocht verdampt is.
