{"id":1275,"date":"2023-12-23T08:52:29","date_gmt":"2023-12-23T08:52:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1275"},"modified":"2026-03-08T09:15:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T09:15:06","slug":"gele-curry-met-kip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1275","title":{"rendered":"Gele curry met kip"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<br>500 gr. kipfilet<br>1 rode paprika<br>1 groene paprika<br>2 pepers<br>1 grote ui<br>1 limoen<br>Kerstomaatjes<br>1 el. gember<br>2 teentjes knoflook<br>300 ml. kokosmelk<br>2 el. gele curry pasta<br>1 tl. vissaus<br><br>Snij de paprika in stukjes (verwijder de zaadbomen), de ui in blokjes en de pepers in ringetjes. Snij de kipfilet in blokjes en braad deze in wat (pinda)olie, zet weg. Doe nu samen met een flinke scheut olijfolie, de ui, de knoflook, de gele curry, de chilipeper en de vissaus en meng het totdat het een mooie pasta is<br>geworden. Doe je curry pasta in een wokpan en bak het 3 minuten aan op halfhoog vuur. Doe de paprika erbij en bak het nog z&#8217;n 30 seconden mee. Giet dan de kokosmelk erbij en laatje groentepasta zo&#8217;n 10 minuten pruttelen of laag vuur, of totdat jij tevreden bent over de dikte. Voeg de kerstomaatjes toe en laat een paar minuutjes mee koken.
