Bestrooi de kippenbouten royaal met zout &amp; peper en doe zit met de marinade in een plastic zak. Schud de zak goed en zorg dat de marinade overal de kip bedekt. Leg de zak minstens 60 minuten of beter nog een hele nacht in een schaal in de<br>koelkast. Kook de krieltjes een minuutje of twee en giet af, deel de uien in vieren en leg deze samen met de in plakjes gesneden knoflook, courgette, worteltjes en de krieltjes in een ovenschaal of bakblik. Leg de kippenbouten hier bovenop en schenk de marinade er overheen. Verwarm de oven op 200C. Dek de schaal af met aluminiumfolie en braad 40 minuten. Verwijder de folie en bedruip de kip met het braadvocht.
