(schapen)Yoghurt<br>1 blikje Harissa<br><br>Meng de yoghurt met twee eetlepels HARISSA. Deze kan je bij een Turkse\/Marokkaanse winkel kopen in blikjes. <strong>LET OP:<\/strong> Harissa is een soort van sambal en h\u00e9\u00e9l pittig! Snij de kipfilet in stukken en doe deze in de yoghurt-marinade &#8211; zet weg in de koelkast voor een goede 30 minuten. Roerbak de kip in een grote wok\/pan met anti aanbaklaag (makkelijker schoonmaken). Roerbak n\u00e9t zolang tot de marinade is verdwenen en de kip bruin bakt.
