Kneed met de hand tot alles goed is gemixt en vorm de burgers. Verhit in een koekenpan zonnebloemolie en bak hierin deel voor deel de burgers in ca. 4 minuten mooi bruin op een middelhoog vuur. Leg de burgers voorzichtig op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat en bak ze in de oven in 5 tot 7 minuten n\u00e9t gaar.
