Bestrooi het kippenvlees en de blokjes zoete aardappel met zout en peper, doe een paar eetlepels olijfolie, de paprikapoeder, honing, sherry-azijn en het vocht van de paprika&#8217;s erbij en meng alles goed door elkaar. Zet dit in een ovenschaal in de oven voor ca. 15 min.<br>Bestrooi nu met de chilivlokken roer goed en braad nogmaals 15 minuten. Scheur de ciabatta in stukken en meng ze met de kip en de aardappel. Rooster nogmaals een minuut of tien tot het brood mooi bruin is en de kip gaar.
