Aromat (kippenbouillonpoeder)<br>1 el. bruine suiker<br>Faja Lobi Surinam Trafasie<br><br>Ma\u00efzena in 100ml water oplossen. Kipfilet in een grote wok met 6 el olie gaar bakken samen met de ui. Doe er 7 eetlepels Surinam Trafasie, gemberpoeder, bruine suiker, Aromat bij en laat het geheel enkele min. roerbakken. Winterwortel (in reepjes gesneden), paprika&#8217;s (in reepjes gesneden), kousenband of komkommer (schuin gesneden), champignons (in plakjes), paksoi (in stukjes), broccoli (in roosjes) en de prei (in ringen gesneden) toevoegen en omscheppen Voeg nu 700 ml. water en de opgeloste ma\u00efzena toe, goed omscheppen en vervolgens de boter erbij doen. Het geheel 15 minuten met deksel op de<br>pan, onder af en toe omscheppen, op laag vuur laten sudderen; de laatste 5 min. de komkommer (in plakjes) toevoegen en goed omscheppen. Eventueel zout naar smaak toevoegen.
