Faja Lobi Pinda Sambel<br>500 gr. kipdrumsticks<br>1 wortel in blokjes op laag vuur opbakken<br><br>DRUMSTICKS<br>5 eetlepels zonnebloemolie verhitten, uien (in halve ringen) hierin enkele min. fruiten. Voeg nu de drumsticks toe en bak die ca.5 min. op matig vuur. Voeg 3 eetlepels Bami Trafasie (vers bereide roerbakmix), 1 el. tomatenpuree, 1 tl. Trassie Trafasie, Pinda Sambel, Chinese vijfkruidenpoeder, de tomaat en bruine suiker hieraan toe en het geheel enkele minuten, onder af en toe omscheppen, op matig vuur bakken. Voeg 1 kop (150ml) water toe, goed omscheppen, en 20 minuten met deksel op de pan laten smoren.<br><br>BAMI<br>6 eetlepels olie verhitten, gesnipperde ui hieraan toevoegen en enkele min. bakken. Voeg nu 4 eetlepels Bami Trafasie (roerbakmix), 1\/2 tl. Trassie, groente en 1 el tomatenpuree hieraan toe, roerbak zo&#8217;n 5 minuten.
