Verhit olie in een braadpan en bak de drumsticks mooi bruin en leg apart. Fruit in het bakvet de ui en de knoflook een paar minuutjes tot ze glazig is en voeg de rozijnen, de ontvelde en in stukjes gesneden tomaten toe en breng langzaam tegen de kook aan. Giet de saus over in een ovenvaste schaal en leg hierop de drumsticks. Dek af met een deksel of aluminiumfolie en laat zo&#8217;n 40 minuten stoven.
