Hoisinsaus<br>12 mini wraps<br>1 el. sesamzaad<br><br>Snij de velzijde van de eendenborstfilets in de breedte een paar keer in en wrijf in met de 5-spicekruiden. Verhit een koekenpan zonder olie of boter en bak de eend op de velzijde op middelhoog vuur 7 min. Keer en bak nog 4 min. Neem de eendenborstfilets uit de pan en laat 8 min. rusten onder een deksel of aluminiumfolie. Laat het bakvet in de koekenpan. Verwijder ondertussen de houtachtige onderkant van de asperges en snijd in schuine stukken van 2 cm. Halveer de komkommer in de lengte en verwijder de zaadlijsten met een theelepel. Snijd in schuine plakjes. Snijd de knoflook fijn. Verhit het achtergebleven bakvet in de pan en bak de asperges, roerbakmix en knoflook 4 min. op hoog vuur. Schep regelmatig om. Voeg de Hoisinsaus toe en warm 2 min. mee. Snijd de eendenborstfilets in dunne plakjes. Verdeel de gebakken groenten en komkommer over de wraps en leg er een paar plakjes eendenborst op.
