Roerbak de bief in 2 el. olie in een wok in twee delen telkens een minuut of 2 en bestrooi ze gul met gemalen zwarte peper en zet appart op een bord. Bak de ui met 2 el. olie in 2 min. glazig en voeg de knoflook toe en bak ca. 30 sec. mee. Voeg de groente toe met 2 tot 3 el. water en roerbak een minuut of 2 tot ze beet gaar is. roer de sherry, sojasaus en de honing in een kommetje en voeg dit samen met de gebakken bief toe en verwarm het geheel nogmaals een minuut of 2 op hoog vuur.
