{"id":1326,"date":"2023-12-23T10:42:53","date_gmt":"2023-12-23T10:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1326"},"modified":"2026-03-08T08:54:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T08:54:35","slug":"gehaktballen-in-belgische-biersaus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1326","title":{"rendered":"Gehaktballen in Belgische biersaus"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<br>2 witte boterhammen<br>100 ml. melk<br>2 kleine uien<br>1 el. fijngehakte tijm<br>1 ei<br>\u00bd tl. nootmuskaat<br>500 gr. rundergehakt<br>70 gr. roomboter<br>2 sjalotjes<br>1 el bloem<br>500 ml. donker bier<br>1 el. appelstroop<br><br>Week de boterhammen 5 minuten in de melk, knijp goed uit en meng met de ui, tijm, nootmuskaat en het ei door de gehakt. Breng op smaak met zout &amp; peper en vorm 6 of 8 ballen gehakt. Verhit 20 gr. boter in een braadpan en braad de ballen in ca. 3 min. rondom mooi bruin. Smelt de rest van de boter in een steelpan, voeg de fijngehakte sjalotjes en de knoflook toe en bak tot ze glazig zijn, voeg de bloem toe en roer goed doe het bier erbij en roer nogmaals goed door om klontjes te voorkomen. Voeg nu de appelstroop toe en breng aan de kook, op smaak brengen met zout &amp; peper en over de gehaktballen.
