{"id":1342,"date":"2023-12-23T11:01:54","date_gmt":"2023-12-23T11:01:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1342"},"modified":"2026-03-08T08:52:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T08:52:05","slug":"rundergoulash-met-brood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1342","title":{"rendered":"Rundergoulash met brood"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>BOODSCHAPPEN <br>50gr. boter<br>2 dikke uien<br>3 teentjes knoflook<br>800 gr. runder sukade<br>2 paprika&#8217;s in reepjes<br>70 gr. tomatenpuree<br>1 el. paprikapoeder<br>2 tl. karwijzaad<br>25gr. bloem<br>1 blikje tomatenblokjes<br>1 rundvleestablet<br>200 gr. minikrieltjes<br><br>Bak in een braadpan de grof gehakte ui en de fijngesneden knoflook 3 ot 4 min. Schep het vlees (in dobbelsteentjes gesneden en op kamertemperatuur) en twee keer erdoor en laat telkens in een minuut of 4 mooi verkleuren. Voeg de paprika toe en bak nogmaals 3 minuten, schep de tomatenpuree. het karwijzaad, het paprikapoeder en de bloem erdoor en bak in 2 min. tot de bloem helemaal is opgenomen. Voeg de tomatenblokjes toe en vul het blik met warm water en voeg met de laurier en het runderbouillon tablet toe. Voeg nu de krieltjes toe en breng aan de kook en zet de pan nu op een heel laag vuur, stoof de goulash in ca. 2\u00bd uur zachtjes gaar.
