De marinade die niet aan het vlees blijft zitten bewaar je. Verwarm de oven op 130 graden en leg de shortribs met de holle kant op een rooster met bakpapier. zet naast het vlees een kopje met water om stoom te maken waardoor het extra mals wordt. Dek af met aluminiumfolie en laat een uur garen. Zet de oven op 170 graden en laat nog eens 50 minuten bakken.
