Meng het gehakt met het suikerbrood, de kerriepoeder, 1 tl. zout &amp; peper en pers hierboven een teentje knoflook uit. Verdeel het gehakt in 8 gelijke porties en vorm ze in korte, dikke worstjes. 24 lange plakken ontbijtspek Gebruik per slavink 3 plakken ontbijtspek en wikkel het spek om de gehakt worstjes.
