Verhit boter in een ovenbestendige pan en braad hierin het vlees een beide zijden in ca. 15 min. tot het mooi goudbruin is. Snij de prei in kleine ringen en verwarm de (hetelucht) oven op 150C. Bak de prei ca. 5 minuutjes met het vlees mee en blus af met het blikje tomatenblokjes en het bockbier. Voeg het bouillonblokje en de rode wijnazijn toe en zet de pan in de oven. Gaar het vlees ca. 3 uur.
