{"id":1388,"date":"2024-01-05T11:59:08","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T11:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1388"},"modified":"2026-03-08T08:52:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T08:52:45","slug":"zalmsalade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1388","title":{"rendered":"Zalmsalade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<br>600 gr. aardappelen<br>2 grote blikken zalm<br>1 kleine rode ui<br>150 gr. gerookte zalmsnippers<br>6 augurken<br>2 grote tomaten<br>\u00bd bosje peterselie<br>slasaus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SLASAUS<br>65 g mayonaise<br>2 el. zoetzuur augurkennat (azijn kan ook, maar augurkennat is zachter en frisser)<br>Snufje witte peper<br>Snufje knoflookpoeder<br><em>Voor de slasaus mix je alle ingredi\u00ebnten goed in een kom en zet weg tot gebruik<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je kunt ook gewoon een fles slasaus in de winkel kopen, maar vers is toch wel lekkerder!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schil en kook de aardappeltjes en laat afkoelen. Snij de ui heel fijn, blokjes van de augurken en de peterselie h\u00e9\u00e9l fijn. Snij de tomaten in twee helften, verwijder de zaadjes en snij de tomaten in kleine stukjes. Haal de zalm uit de blikken en verwijder waar nodig het vel (ziet er niet mooi uit in een salade). Stamp de aardappelen fijn en mix met alle ingredi\u00ebnten in een grote schaal of pan. Voeg de slasaus toe en kijk hoeveel je nodig hebt om het geheel smeu\u00efg te maken. Breng op smaak met peper &amp; zout.
