Voeg het water, sojasaus en de basterdsuiker toe. Voeg het gehalveerde teentje knoflook toe aan de saus. Breng het mengsel aan de kook. Verwijder nu de knoflook. Los de ma\u00efzena op in 2 el. water, giet bij de saus en roer direct goed door elkaar.
