Breng op smaak met citroensap, peper en zout. Roer er dille door naar smaak (bewaar een paar takjes voor de garnering).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snij de rode biet en de appel in heel kleine blokjes en meng ze. Verdeel over borrelglaasjes, maar hou wat apart voor de afwerking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doe de forelmousse in een wegwerpspuitzak (of plastic zakje waar je een punt van afknipt) en spuit \u2018m in de glaasjes.
