Gochujang pasta<br>peper en zout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maak de scampi&#8217;s schoon. Pel de sjalot en de knoflook en snipper heel fijn. Stoof de snippers glazig in een steelpannetje met 2 eetlepels olijfolie. Zet het vuur zachter en voeg de kerriepoeder, de Gochujang pasta en het paprikapoeder toe en laat kort meebakken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doe de ketchup erbij en meng. Schenk de witte wijn erbij en laat de alcohol verdampen. Roer goed. Voeg nu de room toe en laat de saus al roerend even inkoken. Pel de tomaat en snij in vieren. Haal de pitjes eruit en snij het vruchtvlees in blokjes. Doe bij de saus en zet even opzij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bak de scampi\u2019s kort krokant aan beide kanten in olijfolie op een hoog vuur. Kruid met peper en zout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verdeel de saus over de glaasjes. Werk af met een takje dragon.
