Gochujang chilipasta (Koreaans)<br>1 ui<br>1 tl. gember<br>ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br><\/strong>Kook de broccoliroosjes gedurende 7\u00a0minuten, niet langer, anders zijn te te gaar! Snipper de ui en snij de tomaten in blokjes. Verhit wat olie in de wok. Voeg de ui en de gember toe en bak de uit glazig.\u00a0Wok het varkensvlees, voeg de shiitake\u2019s en de tomaten toe.  Breng op smaak met de soja- en oestersaus. Voeg eventueel een scheutje water toe. Bind de saus met een papje van ma\u00efzena.
