Voeg dan de gesnipperde ui toe tot hij glazig wordt. Doe er dan ook de in dunne plakjes gesneden knoflook bij en bak deze even een paar minuten mee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu mogen de broccoliroosjes en de champignons erbij. Roerbak alles goed om zodat de groenten goed mengen met de overige ingredi\u00ebnten. Blijf roerbakken om aanbakken te voorkomen. Als de champignons hun vocht weer gaan afgeven doe je er een scheutje witte wijn bij. Blus hiermee de groenten af en laat de alcohol geheel verdampen.
