Ma\u00efzena<br>2 tl. sojasaus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SAUS:<\/strong><br>1 ui in partjes gesneden<br>4 teentjes knoflook in plakjes<br>1 rode paprika in blokjes<br>1 groene paprika in blokjes<br>5 snackkomkommers in blokjes<br>1 blikje ananas in stukjes (bewaar sap)<br>4 el. appelazijn<br>2 el. ketchup<br>1 el. gembersiroop<br>1 el. lichte sojasaus<br>2 el. suiker<br>2 el. oestersaus<br>\u00bd el. Ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meng het ei met de Ma\u00efzena en de sojasaus en marineer de kipblokjes hierin. Kook ondertussen de rijst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verhit olie in een wok en bak de kip goudbruin., zet apart. Fruit de ui en de knoflook in de wok met wat nieuwe olie kort aan, voeg de groente toe, roerbak tot het bijna gaar is en zet vuur laag. Schep er nu het ananas-sap en de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten voor de saus doorheen en doe de kip erbij. Laat even 2 minuten koken en maak ondertussen een papje van de Ma\u00efzena met wat water en voeg dit toe aan de saus.
