Bak de losgeklopte eieren met een garde zodat je allemaal kleine stukjes krijgt. Voeg opnieuw een scheut olie toe en roerbak de wortelblokjes 2\u20133 min op hoog vuur.<br><br>Bak de knoflook en gember al roerend 4 min op middelhoog vuur en voeg de sjalotjes toe,bak nog eens 3 tot 4 min. Schep de koude rijst erbij en roerbak 3\u20134 min.<br><br>Doe het vlees en de eireepjes terug in de pan en roer 2 min mee. Voeg de erwten, ma\u00efs en lente-ui toe en roerbak 2\u20133 min.<br><br>Breng op smaak met 3 eetlepels lichte sojasaus,1 snufje zout,1 snufje peper en roerbak nog een minuutje of 2.
