Sa-Cha-saus<br>2 el. lichte sojasaus<br>1 el. bloem<br>1 tl. suiker<br>1 snufje zout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snijd de kip in stukken. Doe ze in een kom en meng met alle marinade-ingredi\u00ebnten en schep alles goed door elkaar. Voeg vervolgens 1 eetlepel olie toe en schep om tot de kip overal bedekt is. Laat minimaal 10 minutes en maximaal 2 uur marineren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verhit de resterende 2 eetlepels olie in een wok of ruime koekenpan. Leg de gemarineerde kip in de pan en voeg gember en knoflook toe en bak op middelhoog vuur tot de onderkant goudbruin is. Keer om en bak ook de andere kant bruin. Schenk het water erbij, zet een deksel op de pan en laat op hoog vuur circa 4 minutes sudderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haal het deksel eraf en roer de lente-uitjes erdoor.
