Voeg vervolgens de uien toe. Voeg, als je wat pit wilt, de geweekte gedroogde pepers toe. Bak 1\u20132 minuten, tot de uien bruin en zacht worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schep de knoflook en de witte stukjes lente-ui erbij. Roer de oestersaus, donkere sojasaus en lichte sojasaus erdoor. Voeg de suiker en de Shaoxing-wijn toe en roer goed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breng op smaak met de witte peper.
