Roer, en wanneer het bubbelt en de suiker gesmolten is (het ziet eruit als karamel), voeg dan de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten toe. Roer het geheel door en zet het vuur lager zodat het flink pruttelt. Niet te snel, maar ook niet te langzaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laat het 1,5 uur onafgedekt sudderen. Roer een paar keer goed door tijdens het koken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na ongeveer 1,5 uur, wanneer de vloeistof is ingekookt en het varkensvlees gaar is, roer het geheel door en het varkensvlees zal bruin worden en karamelliseren in het vet.
