Breng licht op smaak met zout en peper. Verhit 1 eetlepel plantaardige olie in een wok of koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de kip toe en roerbak 5-6 minuten tot de kip gaar is. Haal de kip uit de pan en zet apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voeg de resterende olie, knoflook en gember toe. Roerbak 30 seconden tot het geurig is. Voeg de wortels en paprika toe. Roerbak 2-3 minuten. Voeg de kool toe en roerbak nog 3-4 minuten tot deze beetgaar is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meng de sojasaus, oestersaus en sesamolie in een kommetje. Voeg dit toe aan de pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doe de kip terug in de wok.
