{"id":1821,"date":"2026-05-15T12:42:49","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:42:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1821"},"modified":"2026-05-15T12:42:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:42:49","slug":"asperges-met-garnalen-en-oestersaus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=1821","title":{"rendered":"Asperges met Garnalen en Oestersaus"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten<br>500 gr asperges<br>200-250 gr garnalen<br>1 el oestersaus<br>1 tl lichte sojasaus<br>1 tl ma\u00efzena<br>1 teentje knoflook<br>1 tl. gember fijngehakt<br>1 lente-ui in ringetjes gesneden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snijd de houtachtige onderkant (3cm) van de asperges en vervolgens in schuine stukken van ca. 3-4 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kook de asperges 8-10 minuten in kokend water met wat zout en laat nog eens 10 min. nagaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meng de garnalen met de ma\u00efzena en een klein drupje sojasaus en laat dit 10 min. staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verhit 2 eetlepels olie in een wok op hoog vuur. Voeg de knoflook en gember toe en fruit dit 30 seconden tot het geurt. Voeg de garnalen toe en roerbak tot ze roze worden. Voeg de asperges toe en roerbak 1-2 minuten mee. Voeg nu de oestersaus en lente-ui toe.
