Has El Hanout <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Maak de bloemkool schoon, snijd in kleine roosjes, snipper het sjalotje heel fijn en schil de aardappel en snijd in blokjes. Verwarm boter in een braadpan, fruit het sjalotje voeg de bloemkool en de aardappel toe en schenk er dan de bouillon bij. Laat de bloemkoolsoep 15 minuten koken op een matig vuur tot de bloemkool gaar is. Pureer de soep met een staafmixer en maak deze verder op smaak af met wat zout, de notmuskat en de Has El Hanout..
