Gochujang chilipasta <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. rundergehakt <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd courgette in blokjes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd prei in ringen <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teentjes knoflook <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 el. Sak\u00e9 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Lente-uitjes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rode peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Breng de runderbouillon aan de kook en voeg de krieltjes toe met een flinke snuf zout.<br>Meng nu de sesamolie, chilipoeder, chilipaste, knoflook en het gehakt in een grote kom tot het helemaal goed met elkaar vermengd is &#8211; voeg dit aan de pan met de krieltjes toe en laat een minuut of 5 \u00e1 6 koken.Tussendoor goed roeren zodat het gehakt (rul) uit elkaar valt.<br>Voeg nu de courgette toe en laat deze een minuut of 3 meekoken.
