Snij de biefstuk in gelijke plakken, doe ze in een kom en schenk de marinade erover en schep goed om. Plaats de kom, afgedekt, in de koelkast voor minimaal 1 uur. Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de dressing en zet apart.<br>Snij de sla in stukjes, schil de komkommer snij in plakjes of blokjes, de ui in halve ringen, halveer de kerstomaatjes en kook de eieren. Maak de borden op met de sla , komkommer, ui, gehalveerde kerstomaatjes, en verdeel de rest van de peterselieblaadjes erover.
