Kook de tagliatelle beetgaar en giet af. Voeg de bouillon toe aan de gehaktballetjes en breng aan de kook. Kook tot de balletjes gaar zijn. Haal de pan van het vuur en schep de room azijn en tagliatelle erdoor en blijf goed roeren tot alles bedekt is. Verwarm nog even een paar minuten tot alles weer heet is. Breng op smaak met zot &amp; peper en dien direct op.
