Parmezaanse kaas <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 el. verse munt <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine prei <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teentje knoflook <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. erwten (diepvries) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. ricotta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Klop de eieren, melk, munt en de geraspte Parmezaanse kaas met wat zout &amp; peper naar smaak in een kom. Verhit een paar lepels olijfolie in een pan (met antiaanbaklaag) van 20 cm. en bak hierin de duns gesneden prei 5 minuten, roer er de geperste knoflook en de doperwten doorheen en verkruimel de ricotta erover.
